Whole-home repiping with modern materials
When a house has repeated leaks, low pressure from scaled galvanized, or failing polybutylene, a whole-home or whole-wing repipe is often cleaner than another patch. We plan the work around how you live in the house.

We map the existing system, choose a material that fits the house, and stage the job so you are not without water longer than necessary.
Modern materials
We use current residential materials - typically PEX or copper, depending on the application, access, and local conditions - and we explain the tradeoffs.
Targeted repipes
Sometimes only a wing, a water-heater manifold, or the hot side needs to be replaced. We do not sell a whole-house job when a section will solve it.
Pre-1970s homes around Napa, Sonoma, Petaluma, and Healdsburg often still have galvanized. Some 1980s–1990s houses have polybutylene. We identify what you have before we quote a repipe.
Repipes questions
- How do I know if I need a full repipe?
- Repeated leaks, rusty water, or chronically low pressure after other repairs are the usual signs. We inspect first. Many homes only need a section replaced.
- Will I have to move out during a repipe?
- Usually not. We plan water shutoffs in windows and keep a path to a working bath when we can. Larger homes or slab issues can change that - we tell you up front.
